Important to know

Participation in these events is free of charge for all ikD from the ald, but is mandatory. Depending on availability, the events are also open to external interpreters and mediators who are not employed by the ald.
In order to ensure planning security, a flat-rate fee of CHF 30.00 will be charged for unexcused non-attendance at an internal training or supervision event. Cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail) at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
Registration takes place via the respective registration link. Participants will receive relevant organizational information no later than two days before the event.
For online events, participants must ensure a stable internet connection, a switched-on camera and a quiet working environment to ensure a smooth process and good collaboration.
Punctuality and participation in the entire event are required to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to maintain the group dynamic.
A course certificate will be issued for full participation and the course will be credited towards the continuing education requirement.
